HeartMath is a technique which helps you to transform stress into resilience, to achieve higher performance levels and live a life of meaning and purpose, health and happiness.
HeartMath is a simple and effective system of self-regulation techniques which develop and expand the heart and mind connection. They are accessible and easy to learn, and can be used in the moment whatever the circumstances. The connection that you build from your heart mind is called coherence. Coherence generally involves the active engagement of positive emotions. Psychologically, coherence is experienced as a calm, balanced, yet energised state. In coherence the vibration from the heart centre is measured at 0.1Hertz; this electromagnetic field can be detected up to several feet away from the body, and enables you to bring your best self to any personal, social, and professional life situation.
The HeartMath Institute has designed training and technology based on an extensive body of heart based research. The technology is used to monitor Heart Rate Variability (HRV) which has been proven to offer a powerful reflection of our inner state.

Using HeartMath techniques empowers us to shift into a more balanced state, and from here we are better able to access positive emotions which benefit perception, enhance rational thinking and communication.
As a HeartMath Coach I will introduce you to and support you in learning and adopting these techniques which you can integrate into your daily lives.
